Return Policy

  • Remove the terminal sticker from the battery before use.

  • Every phone is checked and verified by our company before packing. Hence phone calls/SMS may be stored in the phone.
  • Warranty will be void in case of any (Physical damage) external damage or scratch resistant stickers, warranty stickers attached to the phone are removed. No warranty for display.
  • After confirming the order, if the customer receives the parcel without any confirmation or does not receive the parcel from the delivery company, the customer has to pay the delivery + packing charges to the mobile phone.
  • The final decision is taken by our organization and the above requirements may be changed without prior notice.

Warranty Terms and Conditions (For Chinese Phones)

  • Every customer has a software + hardware warranty which will be provided up to one week from the date of delivery of the phone.
  • The customer should inform our company about the phone problem in the relevant week and this will not be valid after that week (mentioned above).
  • This duration will be confirmed through the delivery company.

Terms and Conditions Regarding Warranty (One Year Warranty)

  • See warranty policy for warranty on Daraz purchases.
  • Every customer has 1 year software warranty for the phone.
  • Each customer has a hardware warranty for the phone as follows,

• The customer has a six month hardware warranty for the phone and has to pay spare part charges. Service charge is free.

• Battery(spare) and accessories have three months warranty.

• Customer has one month full hardware warranty (including service charge and spare parts charge)

• Customer shall bear the delivery/postage charges for the above conditions.

  • One to One replacement warranty

• Every customer has a software + hardware warranty (One to One replacement warranty) which will be provided up to one week from the date of delivery of the phone.

• The customer must inform our company about the phone problem in the relevant week and this will not be valid after that week (mentioned above).

• This week will be confirmed through the delivery company.

• After our company clears the transfer of the phone, the customer can get the new phone back free of charge.

• This week will be confirmed through the delivery company.

• After our company clears the transfer of the item, the customer can get the new item back free of charge.

Refund

Normally refund is not available. But In some cases ,if you totally dissatisfied with the products, we can consider the issue of refund. But the final decision of issuing the refund is totally based on the management decision.
